Care Instructions

All items have a care label. The most important love you can give your swimsuit is by rinsing it immediately after use and wash it gently with a mild detergent when your day is over. The goal is to eliminate all substances accumulated during a day of fun like sea salt, chlorine, sun protection and sand. The delicate fibers of a suit are exposed to the elements and with proper care the suit will holds it shape and color for longer.

Some beachwear items are machine washable on a delicate cycle, but we strongly advise hand wash. (unless the care label advises to dry-clean) All items do have a care label. Never machine dry any of the items.  

Ordering

By placing an order to our site, you guarantee that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old. 

Our site will assist you in taking you through the steps of placing an order with us, you will have the opportunity to check the order before confirming, please do so attentively. After placing the order you will receive an email with the acknowledgement of the order, note that this doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted. The order will be accepted after receipt of payment. A binding contract will exist between you and us after receiving the payment, when we start processing your order or with the notification that we are processing your order, whichever comes first. 

All items shown on the website are subject to availability, if goods are not available, you will be notified by email. 

We try portray the color of the goods as accurately as possible, however due to variables in quality and display of screens, colors may have a slight variation.

Shipping and Delivery

After your order has been made, please allow 2 working days to process your order. Most items that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours. Goods will only be shipped after receiving payment. 

All products are sent by a courier of our choice. You will be provided with a tracking number in order to track your purchased goods. 

You will be notified if an item is out of stock, if you choose to have the items shipped when they come available, you will be billed for it.  We do not ship on Fridays and Saturdays and UAE public holidays.

If you need an item by a specific date, we advise you to email us prior to your order to check if the goods can be delivered in that time frame. 

Shipments outside the UAE may be subjected to import duties and taxes. The recipient takes responsibility of these additional charges. Rates vary by country, the ordered goods and the price. Due to many variables, we are unable to estimate these costs for you. If you want to be sure, please contact your local authorities before placing the order. 

The timeframe for delivery may vary depending on the country it is shipped to. Delivery will be completed if the courier delivers the goods to the address you gave us during your purchase. If you are aware of limited stock, and have made the purchase anyway, all goods will be sent together if final item has arrived. After delivery, you take responsibility of the goods, if you are unavailable for delivery or if you have missed the courier, it is up to you to contact the courier for a new appointment for delivery. 

Returns & Replacements

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Blue Ink purchase. If you are not, and want to return the item you can do so up to 7 days after receiving the item(s) and by filling in the return forms. We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to send you a different size or style. Returning goods is free of charge and we will send your new order free of charge too, if the order still doesn’t fit, the return and re-shipment will be charged to you. We do specify very clearly the size chart and measurements we use in correlation with the different sizes. Therefore we assume that you know your size and if you don’t, please use a tape measure to confirm your size in our size chart. 

Please be aware that the goods have to reach us in the original state and in the same packaging as we sent you. This means, all hygienic liners must be in their original place and can’t have been removed (where applicable), replaced and/or reattached due to health regulations. We advise you to try on the items with underwear and/or other clothing where applicable. 

Please avoid following to ensure return:

  • Avoid make-up staining the clothes whilst trying them on
  • Avoid any other traces and indications that items have been worn i.e. body lotion, tanning oil/lotion, perfume or smoke
  • Items that are worn
  • Items that are soiled
  • Items that are washed or laundered
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts or not in the original condition
  • Items that are returned after the 7 days return period
  • Items where tags or labels are missing

Please make sure goods are packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

Please contact costumer service prior to returning an item when it becomes faulty after a period of time. 

In the unlikely event that something is faulty when it arrives to you, we would be happy to replace it. 

Any goods you are returning have to be in their original condition, with the same packaging as you received them.  We are not liable for loss or damage of the goods on their return. 

Payment, Pricing & Packaging

Payment of the items will be done through PayPal and will be received into the account we have nominated. If we fail to receive the funds into our account, the order will not be processed. 

All prices of goods will be listed on our website. The final billing price includes shipping and returns and includes a minimum insurance. 

We put a lot of time and effort in being able to deliver you your goods in the prettiest packaging. However, packaging can be damaged during handling and in transit.

Updating Account Information

Don’t forget to update your account information if something has changed to ensure a smooth delivery and to make sure we can contact you in case of an adjustment in delivery or additional questions we have concerning your order.
